Sonic and everyone are in a whole new world, thee world known as Taku. Taku is filled with many kinds of jungles forests lakes streams water falls, and small cities.
This place looks like such a peaceful place..and it is..well..except for the gangs of villains, each having a different goal. Many natives don't know about these people, for they have there meeting underground normally, and those who o know.. keep there mouths shut in fear of them being hurt.
Now..doctor Eggman (or Robotnic depending on who wants to be him goes by ^^) Finds out about this and is intrigued by these different grounps..and this world...and he starts his own gang in order to get something he found was on this planet. Shugyoku gems. These gems each have a different element and their are 8 of these gems. Spirit, Earth , water, air, lightning, fire, dark, and light. These put together are quite strong.
Sonic and his friends needs to team up with each other, and with new friends that are native to the planet.
